Class is a recreational exercise program designed for men and women, regardless of age. Allows anyone to exercise without putting excess strain on joints and muscles while performing gentle range of motion exercising and stretching muscles. Enjoy physical benefits such as decreased pain and stiffness as well as increased muscle strength, flexibility and joint mobility. Leaders develop a fun, friendly, supportive group with lasting friendships.
