Programs

Practices:
Thursdays, September 18 - November 20
Penn Meadows Park (meet at the gazebo at the SW corner of the park off Dubuque St, Her-Crete Herky)
6 PM in Sept-Oct, switching to 5 PM in Nov

AND Sundays when there is not a meet, 2PM, Centennial Park (meet by the rock climbing area)

Practices will last about 45 minutes. We will run rain or shine unless there is lightning. Dress appropriately and bring a water bottle! Parents are welcome to run with the kids.

Race Distances:
6-8 years old: 2k
9-12 years old: 3k
13-14 years old: 4k
High schoolers (15-18 years old) are welcome to join after their school season ends and will run 5k

Awards:
The top 3 finishers in each age and gender group will receive a medal at each local meet.
