Strong Foundations: Yoga & Strength for Midlife Wellness. Ease out your Monday and into your evening with a dynamic blend of yoga and functional strength! This late afternoon class is designed for anyone who wants to build bone density, core strength that will leave you feeling strong, centered, and ready for the week ahead. No experience necessary. Bring your own yoga mat and water bottle. Advance registration required for class to run, so sign-up early to secure your spot! Classes will only run if enough students register in advance.
