Facilities
The room is equipped with two wall-mounted TVs with an HDMI input, 17 24-inch by 60-inch (6-foot) tables on wheels with modesty panel, 34 chairs on wheels, a full-size refrigerator, a single sink.
No staff support is provided during the rental period.
Note:
Renters agree to adhere to these use policies:
- No alcohol is permitted.
- No glitter or balloons are permitted.
- Nothing can be hung on the walls, including the use of tape or other adhesives, thumbtacks, staples, pushpins or other fasteners. Tape is allowed on windows and the renter is responsible for its complete removal at the end of the rental period.
- No open flames are permitted.
- No solids, fats, oils or grease is permitted down the sink drain.
- Renter is responsible for removing all food, drink and decorations from the room by the end of the rental period. Any food, beverages or decorations left in the room at the end of the rental period become the property of the City of North Liberty.
- Renter is responsible for collecting all waste in the provided bins.
- Renter is responsible for cleaning any excess mess with the provided cleaning supplies.
- Renter is responsible for wiping down all counters and tables.
- Renter is responsible for sweeping the floor.
- Renter is responsible for arranging furniture and returning it to its original locations. No tables or chairs from 41 91 are allowed to be used outside on Old Town Plaza.
- Renter is responsible for ensuring the doors between the 41 91 Community Room and Old Town Plaza are closed and locked at the end of the rental period.
- Renter is responsible for ensuring the room does not exceed its posted capacity of 60 people.
